Dear Customer:

We are pleased to announce a minor change to our company that will streamline our operations and enable us to help you better. Brandywine Computer Services will now be known as Beacon Technologies, Inc.

 Our owners, technicians, and support staff have not changed. Our dedication to your needs and priorities has also not changed. We are still here ready to serve you.

We believe this consolidation of services will help ensure tighter communication between our operational units. For example, we will now be able to respond faster to issues such as a down Internet connection or a computer problem. We will continue supporting our customers who do not use our in-house ISP.

At the same time, to provide you with better service, we have begun to use an advanced service ticket tracking system that will improve our customer service by allowing us to more quickly and easily review repair and maintenance history about your computers, servers, and networks. As part of this transition, we will be attaching small serial number tags to each computer we work on and your invoices will look a little different. We believe you will appreciate our increased efficiency.

Did you know our company is one of the area's only Microsoft Certified Partners? This means we have the resources, knowledge, and experience to support you and your Microsoft products. We also now sell our own line of computers, servers, and laptops and provide up to three-year onsite warranties. We offer a full-line of information technology products and services from DSL to website creation and design to network server installation. We will continue to be your dedicated, local IT Department.
