About us
We have been professionally servicing customers since 1996, originally in Kennett Square, PA, USA. In mid-1999, we outgrew our Kennett site and added a second office in the Chadds Ford West office complex at Route 1 and Pond's Edge Drive in Pennsbury Township. In September 2002, we moved all operations back to downtown Kennett Square, taking over the entire building where we were originally located.
Beacon Technologies, Inc. provides a full line of information technology services and products including DSL and website creation and design. Beacon's Brandywine Computer Services division specializes in computer repair and network servers. David Stahl, Jamie Blaine, and Bob Salerni own Beacon Technologies, Inc. We feel that local ownership is critical in bringing personalized service to our customers.
Beginning in 2001, Brandywine Computer Services proactively launched an aggressive, ongoing campaign to maintain a highly-responsive, professionally trained and certified staff that stands ready to efficiently meet the needs of our present and future clients. This effort included hiring new experts, retraining existing employees, insisting that each employee has the appropriate official technical certifications for his or her job, and giving extra attention to superior customer service. Judging by customer reviews and our company's growth, the campaign has been a smashing success. Each Brandywine Computer Services technician is minimally a Microsoft Certified Professional. Each technician also carries additional certifications, depending on his or her role within our company.
As part of our company's continued growth and success, we are proud to announce that as of January 1, 2004, Brandywine Computer Services is a Microsoft Certified Partner. This distinction means that we have met the strict requirements of Microsoft to work directly with them in the sales, configuration, and maintenance of the latest Microsoft software. This special partnership is in addition to our many other earned vendor relationships, all of which serve our customers by helping us to resolve questions, problems, and challenges faster and more effectively than any other computer support company in the area.
